ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

·           Perform carrier management as relationship management and business closure

·           Conduct vendor management as selection based on creditability, service quality and competitiveness

·           Procure effectively to achieve lowest costs level scope covering South China

·           Optimize capacity management on load planning

·           Situational management such as emergency shipment coordination

·           Monitor and manage operation team to perform at KPI level

·           Monitor the process of shipment completion is correctly and accurately done in system

·           Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently and transmitted timely

REQUIREMENT:

·           Degree or above

·           At least 6 years of working experience in similar position at foreign forwarding companies

·           Good written English

·           Strong sense of responsibility and team work player

·           Customer service mind set

·           Proactive and high sense of danger
