This logistics role oversees end‑to‑end logistics operations across JEB’s businesses, including import, export, re‑export, warehousing, customs compliance, multimodal transportation, and regulatory requirements.
This role ensures the cost‑effective, compliant, and timely movement of materials and finished goods from factories to final destinations. We are looking for a responsible, hands‑on individual with a strong passion for global logistics and distribution.

Major Responsibilities
Execute multimodal transportation, logistics, and distribution operations, including sea, air, land, and storage.
Stay up to date on trade policies, tariffs, anti‑dumping measures, sanctions, and regulatory requirements based on different goods and HS codes.
Optimize routing and shipment consolidation to balance cost, speed, and reliability, and provide logistics options to meet tight project timelines.
Propose logistics solutions and alternatives to management and clients to mitigate delivery and delay risks.
Manage shipments, inventory, and samples accurately and in a timely manner.
Work closely with freight forwarders, truckers, factories, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution.
Experience with 3rd Party Logistics manage Oversee and manage 3PL (third-party logistics) providers to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate and supervise customs clearance processes, ensuring timely documentation, regulatory compliance, and smooth import/export operations.
Qualifications & Experience
6–10 years of progressive experience in regional logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
Proven hands‑on experience managing import, export, and re‑export operations, including regional and global customs compliance.
Experience with metals, building materials, finished goods, or project‑based logistics is highly preferred.
Practical experience working with factories, freight forwarders/3PLs, distribution centers, and customs brokers, particularly in China, Thailand, India, and other regions.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel) and simple programming (e.g. Marco/VBA/Phylon).
Team player with high attention to detail with a CAN-DO mindset.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries and cultures.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven and industrial environment.
