Customer Service Representative

Purpose of the Job


  • Proactively contact customer as per call schedule via phone calls (incoming & outgoing) / WhatsApp etc. for order placing reminder.
  • Ensure order release to warehouse and follow up delivery status with Logistic team.
  • Follow up product returns.
  • Coordinate for POSM delivery.
  • Handle & follow up customer enquires or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain long term & strong customer relationship.
  • Maintain high standard and effectiveness of customer service, record keeping and reporting.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by Superior.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior CSR


  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Minimum 2 years' customer service / telesales / order follow up experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional manner
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong sense of responsibility, Self-motivated, positive, can-do attitude and result-oriented
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Previous experience in Oracle order entry system or FMCG is strongly preferred.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
