E-Commerce & Consumer Engagement Assistant

Purpose of the Job

The incumbent will report to Senior Manager, E-Commerce. S/he will be responsible for providing support of operation for E-Commerce platforms (Direct to Customer, Marketplace) and Consumer Engagement activities


  • Prepare content marketing materials to podcast and attract and retain customers.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce platform, including but not limited to promotion materials preparation & rules setting, content management, product listing and description update, order fulfillment
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews for Consumer Engagement in timely manner
  • Monitor website performance and work with vendors and Group IT for website interface enhancement and UX/UI optimization
  • Provide regular sales reports to monitor and track different metrics, such as sales, traffic, conversion to enhance traffic and drive business growth
  • data and conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities.
  • Closely monitor competitors’ performance, analyze customer data, and conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery to customers.
  • Assist any ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor


  • Degree holder in Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 1 year of experience in E-Commerce / CRM / Digital Marketing, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Knowledge of basic digital marketing (E-Commerce and Consumer Engagement) is preferred
  • Well-organized, good interpersonal skill and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in PC skills
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics and Shopify will be advantage
  • Good command in spoken & written Cantonese and English
