What you will do

• Act as the leader of the Project Team
• Participate in tender process such as design, submission and review
• Monitor project progress and ensure projects can meet deadlines and within budget
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentations
• Conduct project review
• Responsible for Project cost control
• Coordinate with staff, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Manage relationships with clients and consultants

How you will do it

• Responsible for sign-off the ventilation certificate of ventilation works
• Supervise Project Team to prepare and submit project documents, such as design drawings, material submission, method statements, safety documents and maintenance manual for client's approval

What we look for
Required

• Bachelor Degree, in knowledge with adequate coverage and appropriate proportion of subjects relevant to ventilation works, e.g. ventilation systems, building services, electrical, mechanical and fire engineering, engineering mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics
• Qualified Authorized Signatory (AS) [Registered Specialist Contractor : Ventilation Works Category] in Building Department is a MUST
• Minimum 3 years’ local experience in ventilating system works
• Excellent awareness of local conditions and common knowledge in the field
• Sound possession of working knowledge of the BO, regulations, codes, etc. and control of building works by other authorities
• Familiar the field procedures to meet local statutory requirements
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Preferred

• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office
