Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Leadership: Take charge of managing contracts, ensuring they align with company policies

• Standardization: Develop, maintain, and update standard contract agreements for both customers and vendors, ensuring that all agreements meet organizational guidelines.

• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Contract Specialists, guiding them in conducting thorough contractual risk reviews for all commercial contract categories.

• Training & Support: Provide hands-on training and guidance to Sales and Operations teams, fostering a deep understanding of contracting practices and procedures.

• Risk Management: Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to protect the company’s interests while advising the business on contractual obligations.

• Post-Sales Leadership: Collaborate with Field Operations in managing post-sales commercial matters, ensuring efficient handling of payment applications, change orders, and contract claims.
