Human Resources Officer (C&B)

What you will do

The HR Officer works as an expert to support the compensation & benefits area. We are positioned to make a dramatic impact on the culture at Johnson Controls by focusing on delivering high quality HR solutions in an appropriate time frame.

How you will do it

  • Be responsible for a wide range of C&B duties such as payroll calculation, taxation, MPF, benefits administration and leave management etc.
  • Assist in annual salary review, bonus exercise, salary surveys and other rewards projects
  • Compose HR-related statistical reports, and prepare analysis reports and support HR policies, programs' implementation
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as per assigned

What we look for


  • Degree holder in Human Resources or business related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ experience with solid C&B experience in handling complicated payroll and administrate employee’s benefits from a sizable company
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Sound knowledge in salary and benefits administration, C&B practices and HRMS management
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-minded with high sensitivity to numbers


  • A good team player, well organized, self-starter, high level of accuracy and detail orientated
  • Strong PC computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
