Project Engineer, BMS

What you will do  

The team delivers innovative solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for  BMS systems. You will be part of a growing project team of BMS driving new projects or maintaining customer’s facilities.

How you will do it

  • Assist Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis and price negotiation
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors for project implementation
  • Handle project administration

What we look for

Required

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 2 to10 years’ relevant experiences

 Preferred

  • Effective interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
  • Good problem solving techniques, organizing and planning ability
  • Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadline
  • Willing to work on site in various locations
