How you will do it 

  • Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with top-tier facility management companies and venues, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

  • Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compiling proposals for the tendering process, ensuring all compliance, technical, and operational needs are met with precision.

  • Contract Renewal & Business Expansion: Spearhead the renewal process for maintenance contracts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

  • Innovative Business Development: Drive growth by expanding service scopes and leveraging cross-selling opportunities.

  • IoT & Connected Services: Harness the power of IoT and Connected Services to create and develop cutting-edge opportunities.

  • Growth Initiatives: Launch and lead new initiatives and programs to ensure continuous growth and robust account retention.

What we look for 

Required 

  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 

  • 1 - 2 years’ sales experience preferred

  • Welcome university graduates

  • Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Service Sales Engineer


Preferred 

  • Self-motivated, hardworking and positive 

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills

  • Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
