Responsibilities：
 

• Professionally handle inbound phone calls and promptly respond to emails from B2B partners and B2C customers.

• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions and ensure the highest level of service excellence.

• Skillfully manage and resolve customer queries, bookings, and complaints, consistently aiming to turn every interaction into a positive experience.

• Proactively engage customers at every touchpoint, ensuring their journey with us is consistently pleasant and memorable.

• Collaborate closely with the Meet & Assist team to support operational tasks and contribute to the seamless delivery of services.

• Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

• Adhere strictly to established procedures and guidelines while delivering exceptional customer support.

• Adapt to a dynamic 24-hour operation that encompasses weekends, holidays, and day/evening/overnight shifts.

• Fulfill other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or equivalent

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service filed, preferably in call centre or airport operation

• Clear written and verbal communication while maintaining professional, courteous, and friendly service to our partners, customers and co-workers

• Have a basic knowledge of using a computer, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Call Centre software.

• Ability to multi-task and maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to troubleshoot, work under pressure, take ownership, problem-solve, and follow-through

• Candidates with more experience , we will consider to offer the supervisor positions
