What you'll be doing:

• Develop and implement a creative and diverse cocktail menu that showcases your expertise in mixology

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the bar and beverage industry, and incorporate them into your menu and bar operations

• Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique food and cocktail pairings that enhance the dining experience

• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and budgeting to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations

• Provide training and development opportunities for the bar team to continuously improve their skills

• Contribute to the overall success and growth of PPG by providing strategic insights and recommendations

• Creating experiences via unique products or services such that guests recognise that our offerings are worth recommending to their peers.

• Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by manager.

About you

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender in a high-end restaurant, bar, or hotel setting

• Proven track record of creating innovative and award-winning cocktail menus

• Excellent knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and other bar ingredients, as well as their properties and flavor profiles

• Proficient in using bar equipment and tools, and the ability to train others in their use

• A keen understanding of customer service and the ability to engage with and delight guests

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure

• Passion for the bar and beverage industry, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations

• Diploma above or formal mixology/beverage school training is required

• Accountable and able to work independently

• General computer knowledge and operation

• Good to read and write in English and Mandarin or other language

• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a must

• Shift duty is required

• Work location: Hong Kong International Airport.
