What you'll be doing:

  • Training Program Delivery: Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs for all employees, especially frontline staff such as New Joiner Orientation and Service Excellence training  

  • Training Logistics Coordination: Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, venue preparation, enrolment, attendance tracking, and feedback collection  

  • Manage On-the-Job Training: Maintain records of on-the-job checklist completion and regularly review training quality.  

  • Training Materials & Records Management: Maintain and update training materials, the annual training plan, and employee training records  

  • Internal Communications Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of internal communication strategies promoting training programs and organizational initiatives  

  • Reporting & Documentation: Support the preparation of training reports and documentation  

  • Compliance & Service Audits: Ensure compliance with company policies and support service audits based on feedback from Service Review meetings  

  • Conduct Training Effectiveness Surveys: Create surveys to measure the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve offerings 

  • General Administration: Handle general learning and development administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team leader 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline 

  • 1 year of Learning & Development experience, including training coordination and orientation facilitation, fresh graduates are also welcomed 

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multi-cultural teams and stakeholders  

  • Excellent data analysis and organization skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) 

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with LMS or HRIS systems is an advantage 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 

  • Willingness to learn and adapt
