Assistant Manager, Marketing

Job Scope

The incumbent will support the creative design & production duties for a portfolio of Plaza Premium Group brands including Plaza Premium Lounge, Plaza Premium First, Refreshhh by Aerotel, ALLWAYS Concierge HK and airport dining for HK Operations.

What you will be doing

  • Assist Marketing Manager in Hong Kong Operations to carry out 360o marketing duties for all brands in HK

  • Plan, coordinate and implement Loyalty Programme initiatives, strategic partnerships & promotions, and special projects

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we are looking for

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines

  • Minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry/ loyalty programme

  • Creative, organized, efficient & detail-oriented

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks, with good time management skills and strong sense of responsibility

  • Great coordination & communication skills with internal & external stakeholders

  • Proficient in MS office applications

  • Knowledge in printing & production required

  • Good sense in photo and video shooting

  • Basic skills and knowledge in design software eg. illustrator, photoshop and InDesign etc. is definitely an advantage

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese), Putonghua is an advantage

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Officer position
