What you’ll be doing:

Provide services to guests in lounges, including but not limited to:

• Handle check-in procedure and follow admission instructions;

• Greet, receive and bid farewell to guests at the Entrance and Reception;

• Assist guests with their internet access requirements, baggage arrangement, shower and nap room booking;

• Carry out regular checks of all areas of the Lounge;

• Deal with guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively.

About you: 

• Form 5 or above;

• Relevant experience in hotel or catering is an advantage;

• Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

在貴賓室為客人提供服務，包括但不限於：

• 為客人辦理貴賓室使用手續；

• 在入口和接待處有禮地接送、接待客人；

• 協助客人上網需求、行李安排、淋浴間和午睡室預訂；

• 定期檢查貴賓室的所有區域確保場地符合整潔及安全要求；

• 及時有效地跟進客人的要求和投訴。

你需要具備：

• 中五或以上；

• 酒店或飲食業相關經驗將獲優先考慮；

• 外向並有良好人際關係和溝通技巧；

• 良好中英文書寫和會話能力；

• 可獨立工作和應付壓力。
