Responsibilities:

• Work closely with team leaders on manpower planning and drive effective strategies to cope with rapid hiring needs;

• Manage full recruitment cycle in a timely manner;

• Formulate job description and make use of the best recruitment channels;

• Arrange screening, selections, on-boarding and new hire documentation follow up;

• Assist in developing and implementing policies and processes related to talent acquisition and on-boarding.

• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments when required. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience;

• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislation;

• Hands-on experience in massive recruitment;

• Excellent time management, able to prioritize tasks, and work under pressure;

• Experienced in using IPL or BIPO, HRIS will be preferred;

• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills;

• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;

• Immediately available or in short notice is highly preferred.
