What you will be doing: 

1. Guest Reception & Check‑In

• Handle guest check‑in procedures and follow established admission guidelines.

• Greet, receive, and bid farewell to guests at the lounge entrance and reception area.

• Assist guests with internet access requirements, baggage arrangements and vip room bookings.

• Manage confidential guest information and records with a high degree of integrity.

2. Customer Service & Guest Relations

• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times.

• Address guest requests, enquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Promote lounge services, facilities, and offerings to enhance guest experience.

• Handle lost and found items responsibly, including accurate documentation and follow‑up.

• Answer telephone calls and take appropriate immediate action when required.

3. Lounge Operations & Facility Management

• Conduct regular inspections of all lounge areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.

• Maintain accurate records, including cash flow, receipts, and operational documentation.

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the lounge’s quality management system.

• Undertake additional duties assigned by supervisors when necessary.

4. Food & Beverage Service

• Serve food and beverages to guests courteously and efficiently.

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all F&B areas within the lounge.

• Refill hot and cold snack items in stations according to set standards.

• Ensure quality, freshness, and presentation meet operational requirements.

• Keep station lines clean and stocked with appropriate serving utensils at all times.

5. Teamwork & Support

• Work collaboratively with team members to uphold service standards and operational efficiency.

• Assist colleagues across different roles to ensure smooth lounge operations during peak periods or special situations.

What we are looking for: 

• Form 5 or above 

• Relevant experience in hotel or catering is an advantage 

• Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills 

• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese 

• Able to work independently and under pressure       

• Shift duty is required
