We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Manager, Business Analysis to support our Plaza Premium Lounge and ALLWAYS operations at Hong Kong International Airport. The role is responsible for analyzing business performance, forecasting demand, providing revenue insights, and supporting strategic planning for lounge and the full suite of ALLWAYS services.

The ideal candidate is experienced in revenue management, data analytics, and demand forecasting, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations for business growth and operational efficiency.


What you'll be doing:

  • Analyze commercial and operational performance for Lounges and ALLWAYS services

  • Build demand forecasting models to support manpower and capacity planning

  • Provide insights on pricing, channel performance, customer segmentation and profitability

  • Develop dashboards, reports and analytical tools for management review

  • Identify trends, gaps and commercial opportunities across B2B and B2C segments

  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to support strategic planning

  • Work closely with Operations, Finance and Commercial to enhance decision‑making

  • Support business cases, new initiatives, and continuous improvement projects


About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related fields

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, revenue management or data analytics

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, financial modelling and data interpretation

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL or similar tools

  • Experience in aviation, hospitality, transportation or service industries preferred

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders

  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities

  • Candidates with developing experience but strong analytical capability may be considered for Assistant Manager, Business Analysis.
