Smart Traveller Ambassador (Loyalty Program)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Promote our mobile-app based global membership program “Smart Traveller” to guests, able to articulate the benefits and features of this program and the app.

  • Assist guests with downloading, registering, and using the Smart Traveller app to enhance their travel experience, with exceptional service manner.

  • Address guest inquiries and provide information about the various services and facilities offered through the Smart Traveller program.

  • Review and consolidate guest feedback to improve the Smart Traveller experience.

  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager as needed.


About you: 

  • Associate degree in Airport Operations, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in customer service in airport lounge or hotel services would be an advantage.

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese.

  • Passionate, energetic, proactive, service-oriented and attentive to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively and independently under dynamic operational environment.

  • Experience in promoting loyalty program and digital platforms including mobile-app is an advantage.

  • Shift duties are required.

  • For part time employment, available to work at least 3 full days per week.

  • Students and fresh graduates are also welcomed.
