What this job involves:
Manage and coordinate with vendors for various facility services
Provide support for soft services across the organization
Ensure efficient and effective delivery of facility-related services
Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports on facility operations and maintenance
Manage and maintain the Corrigo systems, ensuring timely closure of work orders and requests
Oversee and implement PPM schedules
Provide technical expertise and support for various engineering projects as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues promptly
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) or related field
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in facility management or related role
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing
Excellent project management and vendor management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills in both written and verbal English
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving facility-related issues
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence
