Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang
What this job involves
- Assist with vendor payment via system
- Gather information to prepare regular reports as required
- Oversee onsite maintenance work if required
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Handle basic facilities-related inquiries and requests (back up as Helpdesk when required)
- Support the Receptionist during absences, including managing front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling phone calls

Desired experience and technical skills
Required
- Diploma holder or above
- At least 2 years of working experience with experience of facilities management or office administration is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong communication abilities, with both written and verbal in Chinese and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Flexibility to cover reception duties as needed
