Job Duties

• Provide general administrative support to management office

• Invoices and expenses settlement

• Other administrative duties such as filing, meeting coordination, preparing reports and memo etc.

Requirements

• DSE / Higher Diploma or above

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

• Immediate available is highly preferred

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good customer service attitude

• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
