Assistant Customer Services Officer - Commercial Building in Causeway Bay

Responsibilities: 

  • To provide greeting and customer services to tenants

  • To carry out daily operations of commercial building to deliver premier services to tenants

  • To handle complaints, enquiries, check in / check out, emergency cases from tenants

  • To perform daily administration, data entry works and reports


Requirements:

  • DSE level or above

  • Relevant working experience in commercial building is preferable

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Computer literate (include Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

  • Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable

  • Good customer service attitude

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

  • Working Time: 08:00-17:00 or 14:00-23:00 (5-day work week, on shift, paid Public Holidays)
