You will be required to manage daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning and security; maintain good tenant relationship; supervise subordinates and liaise with service contractor to ensure quality services are provided.

 Requirements:  

• Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline

• A member of relevant professional organizations preferable

• Holder of PMP License

• Experience in commercial building will be definitely an advantage

• At least 5 years' relevant experience in property management

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Strong in report writing

• Familiar with DMC, BMO and tenancy management

• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer
