You will be required to assist the supervisor to manage daily property operations, maintain good client relationship and liaise with and supervise the performance of the contractors in residential building.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
• Experience in property management or managing residential building is an advantage, but not a must
• Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
