Customer Services Ambassador - Commercial Building in Central
Responsibilities:
• To handle enquires / complaints of customers and visitors at the reception counter in the managed property
• To visit/communicate with the tenants whenever required for public relationship and for knowing/satisfying their needs
• To carry out daily operations of commercial building to deliver premier services to tenants
Requirements:
• Form 5 / DSE or above
• Minimum 1-2 years' working experience in customer services is preferable
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidates with hospitality experience would be a definite advantage
• Pleasant personality and good presentation, customer service oriented
• 5-day work
• Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Customer Services Officer
