This role oversees day-to-day site operations, vendor management, health and safety compliance, while ensuring exceptional service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end site operations, implementing industry best practices and maintaining high standards for both preventative and corrective maintenance, including coordination of 24/7 emergency response protocols

• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations through proactive communication, responsive service delivery, and consistent follow-up, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Implement, monitor, and enforce health and safety procedures in compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and client requirements to maintain a safe and compliant working environment

• Vendor management activities—selecting, overseeing third-party service providers to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective service delivery in alignment with JLL and client guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Housing Management or Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities operations, maintenance, or property management

• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational abilities, and customer service orientation

• Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
