You will be required to supervise an on-site team, manage daily property operations, maintain good relationship with occupants and liaise with and supervise the performance of the contractors of Residential Building in Pak Shek Kok.
  

Requirements: 

• Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline

• A member of relevant professional organizations preferable

• Holder of Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License is highly preferred

• Familiar with DMC, BMO and tenancy management

• Experience in Luxury Residential Building will be definitely an advantage

• At least 8 years' relevant experience in property management of which 5 years must be at supervisory level

• Excellent client relationship management

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc

• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
