You are required to provide professional advice to the clients in the aspect of property management of the Firm's managed buildings. You are responsible to administer a property portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial buildings. 

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in property management
• Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
• Strong interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong in report writing
• Familiar with DMC, BMO and tenancy management
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
• Candidates with less experiences will also be considered as Assistant Property Officer
• Fresh Graduate or no experience in Property Management can also be considered
