Senior Property Officer/Property Officer - Commercial Building Causeway Bay

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the daily operation and management of commercial properties 
  • Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants
  • To perform administrative and clerical support duties
  • To handle enquiries / complaints of the owners and tenants
  • To oversee property maintenance, security and cleaning services
  • To perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience in property management 
  • Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSA
  • Experience in managing commercial buildings is an advantage
  • Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Hands on PC skills
  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Property Officer
