Senior Property Officer (Shopping Centre in Tseung Kwan O)

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the daily operation and management of shopping centres in portfolio

  • Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants

  • To perform administrative and clerical support duties

  • To handle enquiries / complaints of the owners and tenants

  • To oversee property maintenance, security and cleaning services

  • To perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ undergraduate or above or with proven track record in property management

  • At least 5 years relevant work experience in property management 

  • Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSA (Tier 2)

  • Experience in managing shopping centre is an advantage

  • Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently 

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Hands on PC skills

  • Candidate with less experience will be also considered as Property Officer
