  • Supply chain technology solution provider focus in iOT and RFID application development with 8000 corporate member clients in HK and Greater Bay area 
  • We are looking for  MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MANAGER  – with details as follows :



  • Identify business opportunities, drive and deliver revenue of our products and services in target industries through sales and marketing, key account management and membership development.  Facilitate and implement industry adoption programs.
  • By formulating and executing Membership Engagement/Development Plan in target industries and driving loyalty and members retention 
  • By increasing penetration on new target sectors from the collaboration with various industry associations 
  • By developing relationship with key accounts in target industries and have a close contact with all trading partners and members through membership programs, events and activities 
  • By identifying and developing appropriate partners to generate business opportunities 
  • Achieve annual revenue budget by up-selling assigned product and service to existing members
  • By supporting business strategies from management team and execute relevant sales programs 
  • By constantly keeping abreast of changes in the market or members' requirement, and identifying the selling opportunity for product and service
  • University graduate with minimum 4 years' relevant experience in managing membership / customer services / subscription. 
  • Strong background of customer service experience is a must. 
  • Experience or interest in high technology / software / supply chain solution / smart business / process improvement / business efficiency solution is highly prefer
  • Demonstrated and expert analytical skills and experience developing business cases and analyzing program effectiveness and ROI 
  • Experience with client on designing research, present findings and recommendation is preferable 
  • Monitor and maintain the CRM system 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Customer management oriented, high technology focus, smart business efficiency targeted 
  • 5 days work
