  • We offer Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) network, Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN), Internet access, data centre and network security solutions to enterprise clients in many cities throughout Greater China and the wider Asia Pacific region
  • We are setting up a new IT Business Unit in Hong Kong; and hence is looking for   RECRUITMENT MANAGER   – with details as follows :



  • Manage recruitment work in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan offices; primarily focus in IT/high technology talents for a new CLOUD Business Unit in Hong Kong
  • Responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the recruitment process, monitor the recruitment process, and evaluate the recruitment effectiveness;
  • Responsible for the recruitment of high-end positions, including talent search, targeted mining, interview evaluation, coordination with business departments, promotion of recruitment decisions, recruitment negotiations, and ensuring the smooth entry of candidates;
  • Pipeline diagnosis, market research, timely recruitment plan, and to explore more recruitment channels and contacts;
  • Timely understand and master the changes in the talent market, establish and maintain a talent pool mechanism, and reserve the talents needed for the company's development;
  • Work closely with the line managers to provide efficient recruitment advice and interview process coaching for each position's progress;
  • Directly report to the Group Human Resources Director
  • Supervise a small Recruitment Team : HK (1), Taiwan (1-2) and China (2-3)
  • Bachelor degree or above; major in human resources is a plus
  • More than five years of experience in recruiting duties for medium-sized enterprises.
  • Strong in talents searching is a must
  • Experience in headhunting or IT industry is highly preferred;
  • Some business trips to China & Taiwan when required
  • 5 days work
