Just Play is a US based multinational organization. Our Hong Kong office is located in TST East. We are now looking for a high caliber individual to join us:
(Senior) Shipping Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of I/E shipping and banking document;
- Communicate with internal teams on orders, inspection and shipment update;
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for shipment related issues;
- Update ERP systems, issue invoice, packing list and shipment related documents;
- Systematic filing of shipping document;
- Perform ad hoc job tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary education/DSE graduate, or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant shipping experience, prior work experience in toys industry an advantage;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good computer skills (ie MS Office); Prior ERP experience a plus
- Ability to work under pressure
- Independent, initiative and responsible
- Fast learner with positive working attitude
