Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations

- ⁠Ensure guests are happy with their food and service by asking for their feedback

- ⁠Follow health and safety rules to keep the restaurant clean and in good standing

- ⁠Manage food quality and safety. 

- ⁠Order supplies while staying within budget

- ⁠Make staff schedules and track employee work hours

- ⁠Train new and current staff on customer service and restaurant procedures.

Requirements:

- Good command in both. English and Cantonese

- ⁠2+ years of relevant experience

- ⁠Can start work immediately – an advantage.

- ⁠Service-focused, with good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- ⁠Outgoing and energetic. Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure

- ⁠Basic computer skills

• 培訓新舊員工的顧客服務技巧及餐廳運作流程

入職要求 (Requirements)

• 具良好英語及廣東話溝通能力

• 具 2 年或以上相關管理經驗

• 可即時到職者優先考慮

• 以服務為本，具備良好的領導才能、解決問題及決策能力

• 性格開朗、有活力，能在壓力下同時處理多項任務

• 具備基本電腦操作知識
