  • To assist in the daily operations of managing a government Public Housing Estate
  • Handle complaints and enquiries of the tenants
  • To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
  • One-year comprehensive training program on property management will be provided and upon completion of one year’s satisfactory service, the candidate is eligible to be promoted as a Property Officer.


Requirements

  • Holder of a Degree/Associate Degree/Higher Diploma with grade E or above in Chinese Language in Advanced Level HKALE or equivalent, OR
  • DSE or above with Level 3 or above in five subjects, which should include Chinese Language and English Language
  • Service-oriented with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded 
  • A team player, fast learner and capable of working under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Holder of Certificate in Public Housing Agency Management an added advantage but not a MUST

Work Location:  Hong Kong Eastern

We will provide on-the-job training in property management and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidates. No Experienced candidates also considered. The candidate will be promoted to Property Officer upon completion of one year of satisfactory service. 

FRESH GRADUATES and GRADUATES WITH INTEREST IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ARE WELCOMED.
