Responsibilities
To assist in daily operations of managing Tenants Purchase Scheme Estates
Provide customer services to tenants such as answering enquiries, handling complaint cases, conducting case investigations, monitoring the maintenance work schedules, etc.
Tenancy issues for Public Rental House
Perform day-to-day property management duties and ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Handle all issues required by the Housing Department
Responsible for the returns to Housing Department including regular reports submission
Requirements
Level 3 or above in five subjects in the HKDSE, which may include Chinese and English Language; OR
Grade E or above in two subjects in HKALE or above Grade C/Level 3 in other three subjects in HKCEE , which may include Chinese and English Language; OR
Higher Diploma in any disciplines and Level 3 or above in Chinese Language in HKCEE or HKDSE.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
Service-oriented, a team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
At least one year's work experience in property management field.
