Property Officer/Senior Property Officer (Porfolio)

Job Responsibilities

  • overseeing on-site teams, handling daily property operations, fostering positive owners and tenant relations, and supervising site team for a portfolio of properties.

  • Assist to prepare the regular reports on building operations, maintenance issues for management

  • Assist to develop and implement emergency response plan and procedures

  • Oversee and manage buildings daily activities, act as the primary contact with management team

  • Supervise the daily operation of the property, ensuring the smooth daily operation from operation team

  • Assist to involve in strategic planning, identify the buildings issue with cost-saving measures and efficiencies in property operations

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  Requirements:

  • Holders of a Higher Diploma or above in real estate, building management or related discipline

  • Min. 2 years' relevant experience in a sizeable property management company

  • Tier 2 licence issued by PMSA

  • Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances is preferred

  • Initiative and able to work independently

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Officer
