Responsibilities
Responsible for daily operation in a Public Housing Estates in Ma On Shan.
Provide customer services to tenants, such as answering enquiries; handle complaint cases and investigations; monitor maintenance work schedules, etc.
Perform routine property management duties and ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Handle all tenancy issues required by Housing Department
Responsible for the returns to Housing Department including regular report submission
Deal with different parties such as I/O for property management issues.
Requirements
Holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Property Management or related disciplines; OR
Level 3 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE, which should include Chinese and English Language, or equivalent; OR
Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in HKALE and Level 3 / Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in HKCEE, which should include Chinese and English Language or equivalent
Holder of PMP (Tier 2) License for Home Owner Scheme Estate
Holder of Certificate in Public Housing Agency Management for Public House
3 years experience in property management
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
Service-oriented, a team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Being immediately available is an advantage
