Qualifications :

• Holder of Higher Diploma / Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering, etc. from a HK polytechnic university / HKIVE or a technical institute / technical college

• Well versed in the application of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, AutoCAD

• With positive working attitude and service-oriented mindset

• 0-2 Building Services or Facilities maintenance experience for higher grading position

• Fresh graduates are welcome too.

Job Duties:

•  To supervise the routine maintenance & special works for public houses

•  Prepare Works orders by using the Housing Department system

•  Update all information to ERP system of Housing Department

•  to supervise contractors to ensure quality level up to standard workmanship and  output; 

•  Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

• Participate in periodic inspection, testing, and maintenance on different facilities.

• Candidates with more than 1 year relevant experience in Building Maintenance will consider as Assistant Maintenance Officer.
