Customer Services Officer / Property Assistant (Pre-management Team)

What will you do?

  • Assist in developing and implementing quality standards and procedures for property management services in new residential developments
  • Manage good relationship with stakeholders; communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
  • Participate in regular meetings, prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned


Do you have a right profile?

  • Holder of Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines
  • Presentable, independent, with excellent communication skills is definitely an asset
  • Relevant experience in property management, customer service or hospitality industries will be an advantage
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua is preferred
