Digital Marketing Manager – Web/App

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop creative digital marketing ideas, content, perform effective SEO, performance marketing and carry out A/B tests
  • Manage digital platforms’ content to ensure they are compelling and appealing with personalised messages targeting different audiences
  • Manage and monitor both Paid and Organic traffic to achieve marketing performance efficiency.
  • Spearhead innovation to drive brand awareness, visibility, customers’ engagement and conversion through optimising Web/App UI/UX 
  • Lead Web/App development, platform integration and enhancement in both UI and UX and participate in UAT
  • Work with the team to review and assess customer journey and optimise customer experience
  • Measure performance metrics of digital platforms to optimise Web/App and campaign related performance and identify insights for continuous improvement
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the markets to ensure consistency in digital executions and customer experience 

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Information Technology, digital marketing, or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of related working experience in digital marketing, WebApp development or digital agency
  • Have strong hands-on experience with CMS, SEO and digital marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google AdWords)
  • Knowledge in web language (e.g. HTML5, JavaScript, CSS) is an advantage
  • Be resourceful, creative and innovative
  • Experience with attribution modelling, web/app analytics tools 
  • Proactive, energetic and analytical with good business acumen
  • Excellent project management skills and are attentive to details
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
