Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of services.

• Coordinate IT and AV professionals to ensure project milestones are met.

• Ensure all technical aspects of the event, such as AV equipment, networking, and software, are functioning correctly.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to handle potential issues.

• Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and ensure their needs are met.

• Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Professional Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 7 years overall IT experience with 3-5 years of experience working in IT project management, preferably with a focus on event management

• Must be adept at recognizing and implementing industry best practices.

• Team Player with proven leadership, communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Must be able to work in a team environment with a “can do” attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges.

• Self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and excellent judgment skills

• Able to integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner

• Able to prioritize and drive to results with a high emphasis on quality
