Officer – Casual Leasing & Merchandising

Responsibilities

  • Assist in casual leasing and promotional activities including but not limited to tenancy negotiation, rental list update, lease administration for our designated spots and spaces in Kai Tak Sports Park
  • Handle daily leasing operations including answering the client’s call, conducting site visit with partners and site inspections
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the lease process so as to achieve the campaign KPIs
  • Assist the team in developing content to support advertising, PR, social media campaigns and promotion for partners
  • Actively explore external collaboration opportunities and partnership for new opportunities
  • Review and analyze campaign results
  • Support the development and implementation of ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of leasing, partnership or event management experience
  • Capability to learn and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong in interpersonal and presentation skill 
  • Ability to prioritize in an ever-changing environment
  • Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin would be an advantage
