Job description :

  • Provide full spectrum of Secretarial support to partner
  • Prepare company secretarial documents
  • Keeping proper records /filing of documents
  • Schedule meetings & meeting materials
  • General office administrative duties
  • Good command of English & in Mandarin
  • Handle ad hoc projects when necessary

 

Requirements :

  • Higher diploma or degree holder
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Independent, hard-working and responsible
  • Company secretarial experience preferred
  • Able to meet deadline
  • Well-organized and efficient
  • Travelling to Mainland China occasionally
