Human Resources Assistant Manager / Executive

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment activities including but not limited to job postings, conducting selection interview, contract preparation, on/off-boarding, designing recruitment strategies and evaluating recruitment channels

  • Assist in other HR functions including but not limited to training & development and compensation & benefits

  • Support the enhancement of Human Resources Information System Project if necessary

  • Support the tasks in ESG and corporate communication as assigned

  • Prepare regular reports for management review

  • Provide administrative support to the department

  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a degree holder, preferably in business related discipline

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Familiar with HRIS system will be an advantage

  • Be presentable, outspoken with good interpersonal communication skills

  • Be a good team player, responsible, reliable and self-motivated

  • Have good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Have proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
