Job Responsibilities

• Develop case studies, examination questions, marking guides, and learning activities for HKICPA QP and Capstone programmes.

• Review and validate assessment materials prepared by other writers.

• Ensure alignment with HKICPA competency requirements, learning outcomes, and examination standards.

• Participate in moderation and quality assurance activities as required.

Job Requirements

• Member of HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or another recognized professional accountancy body.

  Proven experience as an HKICPA QP Module 11–14 and/or Capstone Workshop Facilitator, and/or HKICPA QP Module 11–14 or Capstone Examination Marker is essential.

• Experience teaching HKICPA QP programmes and/or developing HKICPA QP mock examinations would be a strong advantage.

• Strong technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Financial Reporting

  • Auditing and Assurance

  • Hong Kong Taxation

• Demonstrated ability to develop, review, and validate assessment materials to ensure technical accuracy, relevance, and appropriate difficulty level.

• Excellent analytical, written communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

• Flexible and responsive in managing multiple assignments and meeting project timelines.
