Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Direct report to marketing manager for daily operations in assigned channels such as the company website and communication channels
  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including but not limited to listing products, launching promotion & marketing campaigns, customer support and operations
  • Participate in strategic marketing initiatives such as promotional strategies, product mix and assortment planning, customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Oversee and execute digital campaigns including but not limited to SEO, Google, Facebook / Instagram advertising campaigns/performance marketing campaigns; and work with agencies to make adjustments based on data acquired
  • Oversee and execute email marketing and lead generation strategy
  • Conduct marketing research, analysis and routine data reports
  • Manage brand narratives, personas, and voice on social media and other digital channels
  • Work closely with various internal and external parties, including marketing, graphic designers, web programmers and agencies, to deliver successful promotional campaigns
  • Other ad hoc tasks & projects as required

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Marketing, eCommerce, Communications or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing
  • Passionate in eCommerce and stay tuned to market trends. Creative and market oriented
  • Detail-oriented, good numerical sense with strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of performance/digital marketing (SEO/SEM/Display/Paid Social and etc)
  • Responsible & fast learner, willing to face challenges, well-organized and able to work multi-tasks under tight schedules
  • Proven track record in driving business growth (conversation & retention)
  • Knowledge on Emarsys/Magento/Shopify is a PLUS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese
