Job Description
Responsibilities

• Supportthe Supply Chain affairs such as Inventory Control, Stock Allocation, Delivery and Shipping arrangement to ensure the supply chain programs are properly implement and executed
• Work closely with internal parties e.g. planning material teams and procurement in control of warehouse capacity utilization and issue on overstocked/slow movement items and the stock allocation
• Work closely with delivery team to ensure the delivery service, reporting are properly executed
• Assist in inventory management strategies and meeting company objectives for material and customer service levels
• Maintain monthly logistic statistics and reports
• Prepare analysis report on Supply Chain KPIs
• Assist to implement supply chain improvement projects and process improvement
• Support in solving quality issue with supplier’s management
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment
• Continually and systematically reduce operating costs and inventory levels

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years or above experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse management area
• Experience in 3PL preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to influence and think independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially on Excel (e.g. VBA, VLOOKUP and Pivot table)

Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Supply Chain Officer.
