What we look for?

• Monitor and supervise E&M project works;

• Provide technical and contractual advice to team members for the execution of projects;

• Plan and complete project on schedule and within budget;

• Prepare drawing submission and technical submission;

• Handle tender submission, project program and budget estimation;

• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;

• Ensure smooth day-to-day running on projects;

• Lead Assistant Engineer/Engineer and perform high performance within the team; 

• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Project Manager.

What you need to succeed?

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines;

• 4-5 years' relevant working experiences in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services fields;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and leadership skills;

• Candidates with tendering experiences will be an advantage;

• Candidate with less experience with be considered as Project Engineer.
