Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and purchasing activities for project;

• To handle RFQ, PO processing and Monitoring the delivery schedule;

• Closely communicate well and Manage a good partnership with suppliers;

• Execute Material analysis, negotiation and cost control;

• Prepare monthly reports for management review;

• Follow up the Material Invoice, Delivery Note and Payment Certificate;

• Responsible for Department Daily procurement Works;

• Ad-hoc duties wherever required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma / Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Business with related procurement experience in construction industry;

• F.5 or above with Minimum 5 years above of procurement experience in construction industry will also be considered;

• Procurement experience in Foundations filed is preferred;

• Proficient in MS Office & ERP or CAC system;

• Responsible, hardworking, willing to learn and can work under pressure;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Self-driven, good analytical and problem solving skills;

• Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese;

• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Procurement Officer
